Staff Training

Staff training is ongoing throughout the year. Some of it is done onsite by the trained Montessori Teachers or it is recieved from the Montessori Training Center of Minnesota.

Once hired, each care giver must complete twenty-two hours of training in child development each year. In addition, all staff are CPR and First-Aid trained.
